1. General

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by you (“You”) with Allwelove S.L, B8807577 (“ALLWELOVE”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “us”), through the ALLWELOVE website, mobile website or mobile application (collectively referred to as “allwelove.com”).

By using allwelove.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Terms”). Please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

The inclusion of any product or service on allwelove.com at any time does not imply or warrant that such product or service will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue continuity of a product at any time.

2. Use of our website

By using this website and placing orders through this website you agree to:

1. Use this website only to make legally valid enquiries or orders.
2. Not to place any false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably believe that such an order has been placed, we shall be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.
3. To provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact details truthfully and accurately. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you if necessary (see our Privacy Policy). If you do not provide us with all the information we require, we will not be able to process your order. By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Availability of the serviceAvailability of products

All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

Individuals residing outside these countries may only benefit from the online purchase service of this Website when the delivery address of the order is located in one of the countries or territories mentioned above.

4. How to place an order

To place an order, you must follow the online checkout procedure and click on “Authorise payment”. You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). We will also inform you by e-mail that the product is being shipped (the “Shipping Confirmation”).

5. Purchase Warranties

The guarantee offered is the one established in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Customers and Users. ALLWELOVE shall be liable for any lack of conformity within two years of delivery. Likewise, we inform you that you have one month to make returns for reasons other than a defect, fault or receipt of the wrong product, as established in point 8 of these Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase.

We make every reasonable effort to display as accurately as possible the characteristics of our products, including their composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer and we cannot guarantee that your computer will display these colours as accurately as possible.

Personalisation: Whether it’s your initials, an emoji or your company logo, ‘TAG your bag’ ALLWELOVE can personalise your purchase in the most fun ways. We can embroider using one of the colours already present on the bag – perhaps the pink or the fluor green of the zip – to make your bag personal and special. Very original as a gift. Click the button, “add to cart”, enter your initials or upload your logo.

Special offers, promotions or discounts are valid until the date indicated or while stocks last.

ALLWELOVE makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on the website is complete, true and correct. If there is an error in any information, ALLWELOVE will correct it immediately.

6. Prices and delivery conditions

The prices shown on allwelove.com include the mandatory value added tax (VAT), but do not include the cost of delivery.

The delivery charge for each order will not be the same, regardless of the destination of your order. The cost of each delivery method will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.


Unless there are circumstances arising from the customisation of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order consisting of the product/s listed in each Shipping Confirmation within the period indicated on the website according to the shipping method selected and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of either proceeding with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Please note, however, that we do not deliver to your home on Saturdays or Sundays. For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” or “delivery” of the order shall be deemed to have taken place at the time when you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, as evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

Our logistics provider includes 2 delivery attempts for you. If you are absent, a notice will be left for you (provided that access has been possible) with the details of the office where you can pick up the shipment.

If the recipient has not shown up at the office to pick up the shipment or if the address is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment will be returned to origin within 15 calendar days. Therefore, it is recommended that your telephone number be included with the destination address.

International delivery

For international destinations only one delivery attempt will be made. If you are absent, a notice will be left with the details of the office where you can pick up the shipment and within 7 days the shipment will be returned to origin. If the addressee has not been personalised at the office to pick up the shipment or the address is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment will be returned to origin within 7 days. There is no Saturday delivery or refund option.

7. Payment

You can pay for your items as set out below.

Credit Card or Debit Card
You can enter your payment details at the time of ordering using a valid credit or debit card (either VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will be immediately reserved on your card but will not be deducted until the goods are dispatched. ALLWELOVE reserves the right to check the validity of your credit or debit card, your credit standing in relation to the value of the order and whether the buyer’s address details are correct. Depending on the results of these checks, we may refuse some orders.
When paying with PayPal, ALLWELOVE reserves the right to check the validity of your PayPal account, that there are sufficient funds to cover the value of the order and whether the buyer’s billing address details are correct. The applicable amount will be immediately reserved in your PayPal account, but will not be deducted until the goods are dispatched from the warehouse.

Value added tax and invoicing

In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992 of 28 December 1992 on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the goods shall be deemed to be located in the territory where Spanish VAT applies if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be that legally in force at any given time depending on the specific article in question. For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT in accordance with the provisions of article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories. You expressly authorise us to issue the invoice in electronic format, although you may at any time indicate your wish to receive a paper invoice, in which case we will issue and send the invoice in this format.

Payment security

In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, ALLWELOVE uses secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, the confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. For payment with Visa and MasterCard, ALLWELOVE only accepts CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions with the international 3D Secure protocol, which is distinguished by the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode marks. Secure e-commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to ensure the security of Internet transactions. When making a payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure e-Commerce. It will then connect to the issuing bank, which will ask you to authorise the transaction by means of a personal authentication code. The transaction will only take place if the bank issuing the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.

We also have the GeoTrust SSL online transaction security certificate.

As a complementary measure to the ‘Secure Payment’ system and with the aim of collaborating in the prevention of fraud on the Internet, ALLWELOVE reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer and to take the measures it deems appropriate (including the cancellation of the order) so that the goods purchased are delivered in accordance with the data contained in the order.

Purchase limit

ALLWELOVE does not permit the purchase of Mango products for subsequent resale. In this regard, purchases of more than 1500 euros and purchases containing more than 40 items are not permitted. Customers who are interested in making purchases in excess of this amount or quantity for purposes other than resale should contact Customer Service where they will be informed about the different options for making the desired purchase.

Special offers, promotions or discounts are valid until the date indicated or while stocks last.

8. Return and exchange policy

Any item purchased from ALLWELOVE through our website may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

Condition of the product

In order for the return/exchange to be accepted by ALLWELOVE, the following requirements must be met:

That the product is returned in perfect condition, and without its use having gone beyond the mere verification of the good condition and functioning of the product.
That the product has not suffered any damage due to improper use.
That it is in the same condition in which it was delivered: preserving both its original box, as well as all its initial contents (stickers, chamois and/or other elements it contains).
Preservation of the original packaging. This is part of the price of the product. Consequently, in the event that the product is not returned in its original packaging (keeping stickers, chamois and/or other elements contained therein), the good will suffer a depreciation.

In the event that any of the above requirements are not met, we will consider that the product has suffered a depreciation for the following concepts:

Shipping box: 5€.
Any other element contained in the box: 3€ (stickers, protective cover, cleaning cloth, etc.): 3€.

Orders that have benefited from a 2 for 1 promotion or a gift item must be returned in full in order to receive a refund.

Personalised bags will not be refunded or exchanged, unless ALLWELOVE has made a verifiable error in the personalisation process.

Once any return has been rejected, the customer will have 3 months to collect and/or withdraw their order from the central facilities, bearing the collection costs. If the package has not been collected within 3 months, it will be handed over to charity.


Any request to exchange a product will be subject to a refund and the placing of a new order. The amount of the order to be exchanged will be refunded in full, minus shipping costs. Allwelove is responsible for the cost of collecting the order if it is subject to a product change.


Remember that in the case of gifts, the refund of the return will be made in favour of the credit card that made the payment of the merchandise.

Refund of the amount

Once the item has been received and the return has been approved and authorised, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount of the product(s) to be returned will be refunded using the same payment method used. The initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

The amount will be reflected in your account within approximately 7-15 working days, from the moment you have received the return confirmation email and depending on the conditions of each bank.

9. Legal right to withdraw from the purchase

If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods or, in the event that the goods making up your order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of those goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify ALLWELOVE, at the address, Calle Beatrix 23, C.P. 28023, Madrid, telephone +34-678 656 985, by writing to us at hello@allwelove.com, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form attached to these Conditions, although its use is not compulsory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you instruct us otherwise, expressly stating the means of payment by which you wish us to carry out the reimbursement. You will not incur any charges as a result of the refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Contractual right of withdrawal

In addition to the right of withdrawal legally recognised for consumers and users and mentioned in the previous clause, we grant you a period of 1 month from the Dispatch Confirmation to return the products (except for personalised bags, for which the right of withdrawal is excluded).

Please note that the period of 1 month will be calculated from date to date and therefore non-working days will not be excluded. If in the month of expiry there is no day equivalent to the initial day of calculation, the period shall expire on the last day of the month. If you return the goods within the contractual period of the right of withdrawal, but after the statutory period has expired, you will only be reimbursed the price paid for the goods.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the product if you do not return the product via our courier/courier. You may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of the preceding clause, but if you notify us of your intention to withdraw from the contract after the legal withdrawal period has expired, you must in any event deliver the goods to us within 1 month of the Dispatch Confirmation.

Our liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ALLWELOVE’s liability in respect of any matter where it would be illegal for us to limit or exclude our liability.

We do not intend to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms, we will only be liable for losses arising from a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, our liability in respect of any product purchased from our website shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. However, unless otherwise provided by law, we will not accept any liability for the following losses, regardless of their source:

If you have a problem with an ALLWELOVE product purchased online, and if we are unable to resolve your complaint to ALLWELOVE, then you can submit your complaint to the EU online dispute resolution platform (the “ODR platform”).

The ODR platform offers consumers and traders within the EU the possibility of being able to reach an out-of-court mutual agreement in response to complaints arising from online purchases. This single point of entry is designed as a user-friendly, interactive website, available in all official EU languages and is completely free of charge. By using the ODR platform, the consumer and the trader can find a dispute resolution body and thus initiate the search for a solution to the customer’s complaint. 10. Force majeure

The performance by ALLWELOVE of all or part of its obligations shall be suspended in the event of an act of God or force majeure preventing or delaying performance. These shall include, but not be limited to: war, riots, insurrection, civil unrest, strikes of any kind and supply problems for which ALLWELOVE is not responsible.

ALLWELOVE shall inform the Customer of such an act of God or force majeure within seven days of its occurrence. In the event that such suspension lasts longer than fifteen days, the Customer shall then have the option of cancelling the current order and reimbursement shall then be made.

11. Intellectual property rights

All the information contained in the website, as well as its graphic design and the codes used, are protected by copyright or other protection rights included in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, which approves the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law. These rights belong exclusively to ALLWELOVE or its licensors, therefore, any act of reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication, as well as any type of transfer, of all or part of the content of this site, and in general of any object that according to current legislation is protectable by the rules of intellectual property, is expressly excluded.

ALLWELOVE wishes to offer the best possible online experience. In order to do so, we need to ensure that our service is of high quality. You understand and agree that you will not (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload or promote any communication or content that could damage or adversely affect our business, products or services; (ii) act in any way or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes with or limits any other user’s use or enjoyment of the allwelove. com site, or that affects the security of the site, nor will you (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including but not limited to spiders, computer robots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the website, or to copy content from the website. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the account of any user who breaches this clause or any other provision of these terms and conditions.

12. Partial invalidity

If any of these Terms and Conditions or any provision of a contract is declared null and void by a final decision of a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by such declaration of nullity.

13. Our right to modify these terms and conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions. We will keep you informed of material changes to these Terms and Conditions. Changes made will not be retroactive and, subject to possible exceptions on a case-by-case basis, will apply after 30 days from the date of their publication in the relevant notice. If you do not agree with the changes, we recommend that you do not use our website.
